What is the Oxymoney app?
Oxymoney is a digital payments app that lets you make everyday transactions easily. You can send money, pay bills, shop, manage cards, and even earn rewards like digital gold on eligible spends.
How do I sign up on Oxymoney?
Download the Oxymoney app from Google Play or the App Store and sign up using your mobile number. Complete your KYC to unlock all features.
What documents are required for KYC?
You can complete e-KYC using an Indian government issued photo ID proof for instant verification.
Can I use Oxymoney without completing KYC?
After downloading the Oxymoney app, sign up using your mobile number. Next, add your government ID to start using the app. You’ll get a limited wallet balance and smaller transaction limits at first. Complete your full KYC in the app anytime to unlock higher limits and all features.
How secure is Oxymoney App?
Your data and transactions are protected by RBI-compliant security, two-factor authentication, and encryption.
PREPAID CARDS
What is an Oxymoney prepaid card?
The Oxymoney Prepaid Card is a smart, secure payment card that lets you manage spending without linking a bank account. It comes in two types:
Reloadable Cards, which you can top up anytime and use for ongoing expenses, anywhere in India.
Non-Reloadable Cards, which are gift cards. The value stored in a gift card can be used any number of times within its validity period.
Both offer the convenience of digital payments with complete control over where and how the money is spent.
How do I get a prepaid card?
You can get an Oxymoney Prepaid Card by downloading the Oxymoney app and completing a quick sign-up with your mobile number and ID verification. Once your account is set up, you can order a reloadable or non-reloadable card directly from the app. You can also apply for the card through our website https://www.oxymoney.com/
How do I activate my prepaid card?
Once your card is issued, set your PIN in the app under Card > Set PIN.
Can I use my prepaid card for international transactions?
No. This is an Indian Rupees Prepaid Card and can be used anywhere in India only.
How do I block my card if it’s lost or stolen?
Open the app → Go to Cards → Block Card instantly. You can also contact Oxymoney support for help.
How do I reset my card PIN?
Go to Cards > Reset PIN and authenticate using your registered mobile number.
Is there any terms and conditions involved?
The terms and conditions for Gift Cards and General-Purpose cards differs. We request you to read the terms and conditions that will give you a fair idea about its features.
CARD/WALLET TOP UP
How do I load money on my card or wallet?
You can add money to your wallet using the Oxymoney app. Just tap on your Wallet balance (top right corner of the home screen) and you can add money instantly using UPI, debit card, or net banking. The same wallet balance can then be used to load your card.
UPI
What is UPI?
Unified Payments Interface (UPI) is a real-time payment system developed by NPCI that enables instant fund transfers between bank accounts of two parties.
What is UPI PIN?
The UPI PIN or MPIN is a 4- or 6-digit code required to authorize UPI transactions. It is uniquely linked to your bank account.
What is VPA or UPI ID?
A Virtual Payment Address (VPA) is a unique identifier that enables you to send or receive money directly from your bank account.
What happens if I forget the MPIN?
You can reset the pin by entering last 6 digits of your debit card followed by entering the OTP.
Can I use Oxymoney for UPI payments?
Yes. You can scan & pay using Oxymoney UPI, send money to contacts, or make quick bank transfers.
6.Can I make e-commerce or shopping payments with Oxymoney?
Yes. Use your Oxymoney card or UPI handle to pay securely at checkout across shopping sites and apps.
What if the amount gets debited but transaction remains unsuccessful?
If you do not get the service of payment within 2 business days of payment, please contact our
customer support and raise a dispute.
BILL PAYMENTS
What services can I pay for using Oxymoney?
Electricity, water, DTH, broadband, education fees, insurance, and more, through our Oxymoney Application.
Why am I unable to recharge?
The recharge may have failed due to a temporary issue with the operator. We request you to try again after some time.
What happens if the amount is debited from my account/wallet for recharge made to a wrong number/account?
We’re sorry to hear about this. Once the recharge request is successfully processed by the Operator, it is beyond our control. To help prevent such issues, please ensure all details are accurate before completing the transaction.
MMTC – PAMP GOLD
What is ‘Gold on Every Spend’?
Every time you spend using Oxymoney, you earn digital gold on eligible transactions that’s stored securely in your Cashback wallet and can be viewed by tapping on “Oxy Gold” in the Oxymoney Application.
How can I redeem or withdraw my gold?
Please refer to MMTC FAQs on the Oxymoney website for this information.
Can I track my expenses in the app?
Yes. View all spends whether done online or offline under the “History” section in the Oxymoney Application.
